Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information on your use of this website generated by the cookie is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, the IP address will first be truncated by Google in the Member States of the European Union and other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and only shortened there in exceptional cases. On behalf of the provider of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing further services relating to website activity and internet usage to the provider.
IP addresses transmitted in connection with Google Analytics will not be linked to other data held by Google.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by making appropriate settings in your browser software; however, we would like to inform you that in this case you will not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and refer to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This means that IP addresses are shortened before further processing, thus preventing any association with the person concerned. If the collected data can be linked to your person, this will be blocked immediately and your data will be deleted immediately.
We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the collected statistics to improve our offer and to make it more interesting for you as a user. In those exceptional cases where personal data is transferred to the USA, Google is covered by the EU-US Privacy Shield programme https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Article 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR.

Uploading videos from YouTube
We place videos from YouTube on our website, which are stored on https://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly on our website. They are all placed in “advanced data privacy mode”, i.e. no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube unless you play these videos. The data listed in point 2 is only transferred if you play the videos. We have no influence on this data transfer.
When you visit this website, YouTube is informed that you have visited a particular page of our website. In addition, the data listed in point 3 of this statement is transferred. This is regardless of whether you have a YouTube user account and whether you are logged in to it. If you are logged in to your Google Account, your data is directly linked to your account. If you do not want your data to be linked to your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube saves your data as usage profiles and uses it for promotional purposes, market research and/or customisation of its website. This evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users not logged on to your account) in order to provide tailored advertising and to inform other social network users about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, but you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by YouTube, please see the data privacy statement. It also contains information about your rights and setting options to protect your privacy: https://www.google.pl/intl/en/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and is covered by the EU-US Privacy Shield programme, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

When you visit this website, Google is informed that you have visited a particular subpage of our website. In addition, the data listed in point 3 of this statement is provided. This happens regardless of whether you have a Google user account and whether you are logged in to it. If you do not want your data to be linked to your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. This evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in to their user account) in order to provide customized advertisements and to inform other social network users about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, but you must contact Google to exercise this right.
For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by the plug-in provider, please see the provider’s data privacy statement. It also contains information about your related rights and setting options to protect your privacy: https://www.google.pl/intl/en/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the US and is covered by the EU-US Privacy Shield programme, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Using Google Ads conversions
We use Google Ads to use advertising material (“Google Ads”) to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites. Based on data from advertising campaigns we can determine the level of effectiveness of particular promotional activities. We do this in order to realize our interest in showing you interesting advertisements, make our website more interesting for you and achieve a reliable calculation of advertising costs.
This advertising material is provided by Google through so-called “advertising servers”. For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, which measure certain parameters in order to determine the effectiveness, such as the frequency of the ads displayed or the frequency of their clicks by users. If you reach our website through a Google advertisement, Google Ads saves a cookie on your computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not intended to identify you. Basically, the unique identifier of the cookie, the number of ad impressions per destination (frequency), the last display (relevant for conversion after display) and cancellation information (identifying that the user no longer wants to be targeted) are saved together with this cookie as analytical values.
These cookies allow Google to recognize your browser. If you visit certain pages on the Ads client’s website and the cookie stored on your computer has not yet expired, Google and the client can detect that you have clicked on an advertisement and have been redirected to the site. Each Ads customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked through Ads’ customer websites. We do not collect or process personal data through the above mentioned promotional activities. Only we receive statistical ratings provided by Google. Based on these ratings we can determine which promotional activities are particularly effective. We do not receive further data by means of these promotional activities. In particular, we cannot identify users from this information.
Thanks to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We have no influence on the extension and further use of the data collected by Google using this tool, so we want to inform you about this based on our own knowledge: Through the integration with Ads conversion, Google receives information that you have visited the relevant part of our website or clicked on one of our advertisements. If you have registered with Google, Google can link the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, the provider may find out about this and save your IP address.
You have various options to prevent this tracking procedure by a) making appropriate settings in your browser software, in particular, rejecting third party cookies will ensure that you do not receive third-party advertisements; b) deactivating the conversion tracking cookie by changing the settings in your browser so that cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com” are blocked, https://www.google. com/settings/ads, although this setting is deleted when you delete the cookies; c) deactivate the provider’s interest-based ads that are part of the self-regulatory “Advertising Information” campaign, using the link https://www.aboutads.info/choices, although this setting is deleted when you delete the cookies; d) permanently deactivate in Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browsers using the link https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. However, we would like to inform you that in this case you will not be able to use all the functions of this service.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1 (f) TODO. More information on data privacy at Google can be found at the following links: http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy and https://services.google.com/sitestats/en.html. Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at http://www.networkadvertising.org. Google is covered by the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Remarketing .
In addition to the Ads conversion, we use Google’s remarketing service. This is the process by which we want to contact you again. This application allows us to display our ads during your subsequent use of the Internet after you have visited our website. For this purpose, cookies are stored in your browser, so that your behaviour when you visit different websites is recorded and evaluated by Google. This enables Google to determine that you have previously visited our website. On the basis of Google’s statements, the data collected for remarketing purposes is not linked to any personal data that may be stored by Google. In particular, Google declares that it uses pseudonymisation for remarketing purposes.

Use of Google Fonts
We use Google Fonts on our website. This allows us to integrate certain fonts into our website. These fonts are provided by Google through servers in the USA. When you visit our website, your browser establishes a direct connection to these servers. During this process, the IP address of the visitor is transmitted to Google and stored there, among other things. Google participates in the EU-US Privacy Shield: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

More information about Google: Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountainview, California 94043, USA. For more information about data privacy at Google: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Links to third party websites
We link to websites of other providers that are not affiliated with us (third parties), e.g. to our social network profiles such as LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Please note that once you have clicked on these links, we have no influence over the data processed by these providers. As the processing of data by third parties is beyond our control, we cannot accept any liability for them. For further information on the processing of data by these third parties, please refer to the data privacy information published by the respective provider.

Security activities
As required by Article 32 of the GDPR, we shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risks, taking into account the state of the art, the cost of implementation and the nature, scope, context and objectives of the processing and the risks of varying degrees of probability and severity with regard to the rights and freedoms of individuals.
These activities shall include, in particular, the protection of the integrity, integrity and availability of data through the control of physical access to data, as well as access linked to data, input, disclosure, availability protection and separation. In addition, we have developed methods to ensure that stakeholders can exercise their rights in order to ensure the deletion of data and appropriate responses to data risks. Furthermore, we take into account the protection of personal data even when developing or selecting hardware, software and methods based on the principle of data protection already at the design stage and by default settings conducive to data protection (Article 25 of the GDPR).
In order to ensure the security and safety of the transmission of confidential data, e.g. enquiries you send us as a website provider, these websites use SSL encryption. The encrypted connection is indicated by the address bar of your browser which changes from “http: //” to “https: //” and a padlock symbol on the browser bar. When this SSL encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
However, we would like to point out that the transmission of data online (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) is subject to security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect your data against access by third parties.
Cooperation with data processors and third parties
If we disclose, transfer or otherwise grant access to the data to other persons and companies (data processors or third parties) in the context of our processing of these data, this is only on the basis of legal admissibility (e.g. when the transfer of data to third parties, such as financial service providers, is required pursuant to Article 6(1) (b) GDPR for the execution of the contract), on the basis of your consent and on the basis of legal obligations or our legitimate interest, e.g. when commissioning service providers, web hosts etc.
If we outsource the processing of our data to third parties on the basis of a so-called processing contract, this will take place pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
Your rights
You have the following rights with regard to personal data relating to your person:
– The right of access (Article 15 of the GDPR),

– Right to rectification or erasure (Articles 16 and 17 of the GDPR),

– The right to restrict processing (Article 18 of the GDPR),

– Right to notification (Article 19 of the GDPR),

– Right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR),

Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data relating to your person at any time for reasons which depend on your specific situation, if such processing is based on Article 6(1) (e) GDPR (processing of data in the public interest) or Article 6(1) (f) GDPR (processing of data on the basis of a balance of interests); this also applies to profiling based on these provisions (Article 21 GDPR). If you object, your personal data will only be further processed if we can prove that there are compelling legitimate reasons overriding your interests, rights and freedoms or if the processing is for the purpose of pursuing, exercising or defending legal claims.
If you have consented to the processing of your personal data, you may revoke your consent at any time. The legitimacy of the processing of your personal data until you revoke your consent remains unaffected. Further processing of this data on other legal grounds, for example to meet legal obligations, also remains unaffected.
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data privacy regulator.
