Fully electric blow molding machine

  • the main movements of the machine are performed by B&R (Austria) digital servo motors,

Eco-friendly drives

  • no oil leaks – clean work (important in the food and pharmaceutical industry),
    no need to dispose of oil, filters etc., quiet machine operation.

Energy efficiency

  • efficiency of the servo motor ~ 98% hydraulic pump from 60 to 80%,
  • the servo motor only uses energy when it is moving (most frequently, it does not use energy
    most of the cycle time).
  • no oil cooling (generating high consumption and wasting electricity) required.

Reliability

  • simple structure of the servo motor – few components compared to complex hydraulic
    systems.
  • precision, repeatability and speed independent of temperature (unlike hydraulic drives
    in which the temperature, destruction and contamination of the oil and filters has a large impact on
    the operation of drives.
